Tickets are first-come, first-serve.
Due to limited on-property capacity, day tickets, weekend passes, and rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. All lodging is within walking distance of Willow Camp. Life hack: those willing to share a queen or king bed will have better odds of securing a room.
No refunds allowed: This is a non-profit event and we have a strict no-cancellation policy. You are welcome to find an Academy graduate to take your spot. Feel free to email us to check the wait list for any possible attendees.
No recording: Please be advised that none of the programming for this weekend can be recorded or will be recorded. Be present, and enjoy the experience in real-time.

What to Bring
Don't forget to bring your strong grounding and be full of yourself throughout this weekend. Here is a brief list of other suggested items to bring:

Tennis shoes
Swimsuit (enjoy the heated saltwater pool and hot tub!)

Yoga Mat or blanket for a lying down meditation

On Arrival
Please refer to your arrival email for site specific parking and arrival instructions. It is critical that all attendees read these directions to avoid confusion on arrival.
The homes are all located on Shoreline Hwy at the base of Panoramic Hwy.
AFTER PARKING IN YOUR DESIGNATED PARKING AREA, please proceed to meet with the Greeters at the Check-In Tent at 25 Willow Camp Way (the first left on Hwy 1 just past Panoramic Hwy).
